Our coaching feature integrates directly with heart rate information, letting you know when you need to push harder, or dial back the effort.

You focus on the exercise, and we’ll focus on the counting. Our automatic rep count feature tracks your movement via sensors in our earbuds, gives you a countdown on your smartphone’s screen, and provides feedback via in-ear notifications. On your screen, you can also watch videos highlighting the correct way to perform an exercise.

VO2 max

Work your cardio correctly

VO2 measures your cardiovascular system by assessing your body’s ability to absorb oxygen. From that, we can help determine your fitness level. Now you know if you’re working out in the correct VO2 range, such as your heart rate zone.
